They have terrible customer service, they double charged my account, Tanya the waitress in the grille area was rude as hell , not a people person at all . The room was extremely loud, and kids was running up and down the hallways screaming. The cleaning staff 1 guy didn’t catch his name was rude as ever and had a problem with talking rude to peoples children he was unprofessional on all levels. My reason for being in Warrensville was awesome it was your hotel front desk staff, the cleaning staff was more cordial and polite let me make it clear the room was kept well, it was the pillows and mattress has changed I've purchase pillows from Marriott 6years ago not the same as these in the hotel room now mine are much better even the mattress is different.overall I was met with disappointment in my last stay more training for your front desk staff it doesn't cost anything to be nice to people interract with people daily as an funeral director I certainly wouldn't not recommend families to lodge here if the atmosphere wasn't conducive. People expect greatness and friendliness when they reside at the Marriott believe me many funeral conventions I've attended The Marriott was on point the younger people need continuing training to deal with the public Marriott has always been my FIRST AND ONLY CHOICE BECAUSE OF ITS REPUTATION AND HOSPITALITY.
